I am here to motivate, support and ensure effective & safe exercise and make it so you have accountability.

As a working Mum of 2, I can relate to very busy schedules and the struggle to time to look after yourself. I will help you make the most of the little time you have whether it be 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes.

Rebecca is an award-winning Pilates Instructor, UK Athletics Run Coach, and fitness instructor including in Boxercise, MMA and kettlebells. She also works with companies to help facilitate happier and healthier workforces.

She is REP iii in both Personal Training and Pilates, plus has GP Referral and bio-mechanics qualifications. She has full insurance and is a qualified first aider.
